If you do move to the area please do think of the town and put your money into the area you have chosen to move to. Dawlish has many lovely shops and if time is taken you will find a lot of things between Dawlish and Teignmouth to spend your money on instead of going out to Tesco or such like.

I haven't seen any critiscm about Dawlish shops on this site????

Now that the smoking ban has kicked in and it is an offence to drink outside the pub £75 smackers if you are caught, make sure CCTV can't see you. If it can, then you could also end up paying another £75 smackers for dropping your butt on the ground(litter). You have been warned and it could be a costly drink.

I was in Sussex last week, houses are more expensive there than Dawlish. I see there is a shop in the middle of town for sale, a chance for a local in Dawlish to set up something you keep wanting? .. but then they will miss it, as you say they are sat in the pub lol.
