WORK is starting to reinstate Dawlish after more than a year of upheaval. South West Water’s multi-million pound scheme to improve water quality has seen major disruption. But now, residents want the town to get back to looking its best.

A BIG clean up to make Dawlish ‘sparkle’ has begun. Made up of a group of volunteers, the Dawlish Sparkles crew is intent on getting the town looking its best after more than a year of upheaval and disruption while South West Water carried out the major improvement scheme.

BUS SERVICES are to be severely impacted by gas works due to start in Dawlish next week. Bus company Stagecoach has announced revisions to services as Wales and West Utilities restart work replacing gas pipes.
