Bloody lot of money for a kettle.
Your property is only worth what someone else is prepared to pay for it. Who talked the market up? And now look at the state we are beginning to see happening. Many banks have had and there will be more to come, their fingures burnt. But they will as always claw it back from those that are least able to pay. You just watch?
So are there any members of the Town Council that read these pages and would like to take up the challenge? I believe that a councillor in Teignmouth is interested in the topic and keen to take it forward - I suppose we could ask if Dawlish could be included, or just press on with a local effort. Any takers?

I'll go to the top of the class then. Actually I must confess to seeing only 3 the first 2/3 times I did it but suspected it would be more because of how you phrased your original posting. Once I saw the first 'of' I saw the other two.

That's why it failed then. Remember there is a good farm butchers over the road so guess that has something to do with that. Dawlish is not the right place for premium prices.
Bardwell - I totally agree with what you say about there being lots of people here who originate from other parts of the country. You can hear that from their accents. And I agree that both long standing locals and recent arrivals can, and do, have lots of things in common. But see that first sentance in "local's" posting above. That is exactly the time of thing that gets thrown at us if we try to ...
