I just had someone tell me he collects tapes of comedians.

I guess there are many many different things that people collect.

I can think of stamps and coins (of course) and in the US, baseball cards are big and antique books and certain automobiles. But that would need a lot of space.

There must be some really odd collections that I dont know about.

Strangely enough, I collect beer mats. I've got approx. 1,500 different ones in my collection.

Ah-ha! Good one! Obviously, in this trade there are all sorts of collectibles. We've got loads of beer pump handle signs stashed somewhere round the back. Must dig them out - might be worth a few bob on ebay to someone who will cherish them.

Just had a look on ebay for you - there's loads out there selling for about £1 to £2 each.

Might be a nice little earner!
