Does anyone who posts on here know who the "biggest transfer coup" referred to in the papers, is?
Exciting times certainly seem to be ahead for the Seasiders as they continue to help raise the profile of Dawlish.
It would be great to see their performances on the pitch rewarded by a few extra people through the turnstiles.
UP THE MIGHTY LISH!!!!
E-I-E-I-E-I-O.
Up the Western League we go.
When we win promotion,
This is what we'll sing.
We are Dawlish,
We are Dawlish.
Kerswell is our King!
I have only ever paid to go through the turnstiles of a football stadium once in my life. Never again I declared, and never have.
It is a good game of course, but the majority of spectators are something else.
Hi Viaduct,
Do you want Dawlish Town FC to do well this coming season? I assume that you will wish them well.
Regards,
Joey.
I did watch them once last season and was very impressed. The person i was with told me the ground wasnt good enough for promotion. It would be good to see those improvements made and the team go up.If i'm correct i think they would end up playing teams that come from the midlands and borders of london. It would certainly put us on the map and the extra travelling support would probably make a weekend of it, which would be good for the town in winter.
i may catch a few more games this year.
