Shy Guy dont know where you come from but Dawlish has a very low crime rate its very friendly,thats why a lot of people come to live here and on holiday. Dont take notice of those trying to put you off

Bob dont think of moving to Chelsea they have affordable housing projects there. Maybe you could buy a remote island because there is affordable housing in all arears.
