Apparently there is a copy video doing its rounds in Dawlish of the CCTV footage. A man up in the hills getting frisky with a sheep ... now who said it was a waste of time and money???

I am sure you have put it on there for a joke, but its true dom joly did it while in the control centre Newton Abbot, and he did it for a joke also
