What about BB holders who do not have a permit to park in Teignbridge car parks and therefore have to pay. Are they expected to walk to another machine?
Usually they have one machine in the car park that accepts money, does the one at the bottom? This is what they did in Teignmouth.

I don't pay to park, so it doesn't affect me, but thanks anyway.
If you are going to the doctors or hospital today be prepared as the parking machine no longer takes cash! You can only pay by phone or card.

Wollaston campaigned for Brexit until just two weeks before the referendum, but then had a sudden change of mind and came out supporting Remain instead. Wholly unreliable, and can't be trusted in my opinion.
Yet all things said and done I fancy the M.P.Don't agree with her stance on Brexit though.
