I do not think you mean a closed shop, they are certainly not! What you may mean is, that topics have already been decided upon and what ever you say will not make a jot of difference. That is where public participation comes in. Go along and try it!
Your property is only worth what someone else is prepared to pay for it. Who talked the market up? And now look at the state we are beginning to see happening. Many banks have had and there will be more to come, their fingures burnt. But they will as always claw it back from those that are least able to pay. You just watch?
