Mouse you clearly have no intention of reaching old age, if you do you will think on your words that is if you have a memory by then of course.
Wondering's Posts
I am NOT talking about the Council I have no interest in it at all. I am talking about someone who says 'nasty' things about someone who had Cancer in their family. That is what will be noted I hope in 'justice' from above!
I agree with that.. and Karen you are welcome. How sad those ZZZZ replies were. A child of few words.
So being polite is 'slimy' now is it? Well polite gets you further in thw world than calling people names.
True .. but that is the last thing Bob wants!
Agree. You can always judge any town by its pubs. Now this lingering outside smoking and a pint in the other hand, to me seems right sad. As for the ladies/flighty bits with a fag .. well you know what I'm thinking lol.
I discredit Anon because of his nasty comments (see above) and asuusme he has just fell out of school, if he has not, there is no hope.
That Bob for Tourist was really uncalled for and unkind and I can choose who I sell to.
You need English lessons then you may get somewhere in your life.
well they will do anything to get here .. good idea hey.
If Dawlish.com should require people to put their name and address like the newspaper or as other town websites have proper user registration and so postimgs have more credability.
Their customers will be from outside of Dawlish. Dawlish people will still go outside of town, it is the way that people shop. I know people in Newton who go to Yorquay and people in Plymouth that go to Exeter .. its a crazy world yet they complain of fuel costs. Best way is to do orders online, no traffic and irritable people around. What Anon says under 'New Ideas' is just so true.
I bet if you lived in Teignmouth, Dawlish would be best .. nothing changes.
Given the constant negativity its amazing anyone bothers to start a new venture in Dawlish. I know I certainly would not. The play room must be handy on these rainy days... trouble is many do not realise the running costs and expense involved.
Think the UK will pull out.. we are so disliked, though was the best song we have had for any years. As Wogan said 'its not a song contest anymore' and hinted is time to call time. Have to say I liked Norway.
Yes the old trick to start small. I will not shop there. Tesco is very clever convincing people they are cheap and its worked .. I'm an Asda shopper with no saver points card thank you.
You all go over there I'd rather be here lol.
Reckon best way to stop people smoking is to put on the box 'thank you for buying these, you have helped Government funds' .. bet that would work. I have often wondered why people started given the smell on clothes. Maybe it is so people keep a distance!
Agree. He gets on my nerves. If he represents Dawlish there is no hope.
Conservatives MPs pushed Mrs T. Labour pushed Tony Blair.
Shane The Strand is not car free all the time.
I imagined due to the publicity it was going to take the whole lawn up, not just be a little box thing. Good fun I guess but I'd fall over!
I guess people want two stores so they can rubbish one or the other at a later date, Dawlish is just so good at that.
There is a youth club not every child wants to join it. There is a blowling green not every adult uses it your argument is tosh
Alex dont bother with setting up a shop here is far too 'clicky', is sad but you have to be born here to do any good, unless you have loads of money to give to charities and live in the pub and buy people drinks!..it is a fact. Had the internet not been here I would have suggested another town but to be honest I would not bother, the business rates etc are enormous. You would do better to buy ...
There will be no need to, best to close up.
Perhaps the area could be ten pin bowling if they are not doing a skate park.
.. that's not exactly a good advert for Dawlish.
Its time this forum has a proper registration for postings and perhaps it would then be a little bit more sensible.
If you use the buses you would know that a typical mid day bus is full from Newton Abbot - Teignmouth, some get off more get on for Dawlish and its still around 40 on board, but most are free passes. The £6 day ticket can go anywhere, north to Barnstaple, east to Lyme Regis, Torbay to Plymouth.
Excuse me but I didn't say pot bellied beer drinkers were louts!! I happen to know one who's a nice bloke.
Cameras would be easier .. if they should not park, record the number plate and time and just post a fine. I see double yellow lines are ignored at the moment.
Oh you cant please ANYONE on here can ya.
