So the Yvette Cooper's bill has cleared the Commons in a matter of hours, and scraped through by just one vote.  Bills normally take months to pass through parliament, tonight's proceedings were a travesty, especially as the one vote majority was aided by a convicted criminal who, apparently, is still wearing her curfew tag.  We truly are living in post democratic times.
