A man who is accused of carrying out a fatal stabbing attack in Barnstaple has been declared as unfit to plead due to mental illness. It was a busy night in South Devon for police, with several incidents taking place in Teignmouth, Dawlish and Totnes. In Dawlish, a drunk man was spotted running in and out of the road and chasing cars.
