I have had the same problem, but after waiting on hold a lot of people hang up, therefore, it does not show on the call logs indicating that there are little or no problems in Dawlish. The 101 call I was making yesterday actually took 1 hour and 12 minutes for me to come off hold and speak to a call handler. Just as well it is a non emergency no. And yes I am aware I could have contacted them on the internet before some troll bangs off.

You report a crime and no one attends, you are told they will follow up and nothing happens and then a couple of weeks later you get a call or text to say they have closed the ref with no further action.
