The new All you can eat Diner will be closed until futher notice due to a fire thismorning.

It looks like the wall is nearly finished. Soon beable to walk the whole way to Dawlish Warren from Dawlish along the wall.

OurSoul, No i don't know if anyone else would be insured to drive the float. Lets hope it's sorted before the carnival and Dave will beable to drive if not i hope they will ask for help!

Maybe a bit of fishing, or a relaxing trip around the bay. Or perhaps a game of Mini Golf.

Teignbridge District Council is inviting people to give their views on how best to enhance one of Dawlish's assets. There are a lot of people who buy a bungalow and build on to it to enlarge it sometimes building it up to look like a house. Just been told there is still some work to finish before the steps can be put in place. One of the security guards told me they have been told unofficially it maybe opened the end of July or begining of August.

Now about the sea wall! Just been talking to another security guard after i heard him mention next summer to someone and told him what i had been told yesterday and the latest is They have the casing for the steps but can't find anyone to make them. Not sure if this is a joke.

Tomorrow - Sunday 26th April Dawlish United under 13 girls are playing in their first ever Cup Final. The game kicks off at 10:30am on the mini-soccer pitch next to Dawlish Leisure Centre. The girls would love support from the Dawlish Locals so why not come and cheer them on
