It looks like the wall is nearly finished. Soon beable to walk the whole way to Dawlish Warren from Dawlish along the wall.

Sorry to put a damper on your enthusiasm but the latest information I have heard is that it may be late June or early July before the wall is open. Prior to that I had been told mid-May, let's hope it is the latter! I really have missed my walks to DW along the walk, like so many other people. 

Thanks for the photo Ziggy. Does anyone know what work is left to do? Three months sounds like a long time!

I to am looking with forward to walk to the Warren again it sure has been missed. Question, what is it with the ugly half girders with wire running through it, are they to remain. I hope not.

As far as I am informed the girder and wire 'fence' is just a temporary measure and will be removed. I do not know if there will be any form of replacement.

Anyone got an update on when the footpath will be reopened to the public ? been a long time closed!

11th August was the last date I had been told.
