This could be interesting for car owners. Just announced formally - at last. Consultation open until 14th February 2014 https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/local-authority-parking
DCC wasted some money today, putting up three signs stating no parking in the Strand 0700 1900. As I understand it the stalls will be as usual either side of the road and the entrance end will be blocked off, so the new signs were unecessary.
We dont necessarily have to say it. They (not all) ruin their reputation with some of the racist things they say about Christians and how they say Muslims will rule the world

A link to a bit more of what our MP's think of us. It's shocking but not surprising to learn that 169 MPs who voted to cut benefit cash from our country's poorest people were claiming a joint £3.2million for their own accommodation. After all, we all saw MPs jeering in Parliament, laughing into the camera as victims of the Bedroom Tax gave their devastating testimonies of what life is like under ...

Despite thousands of us getting in touch with our MPs to demand changes to the Lobbying Bill, I’m sad to report not enough of them supported the amendments we wanted. I’m writing today as we need to take action again. As it stands the Lobbying Bill will still badly affect our ability to campaign for the rights of the world’s poorest people. But all is not lost. The Bill will be debated in the ...

They have asked for £1.300 for a new gazebo, whatever happended to the £9.000 that was in the account when I Birdsey took control and in a letter answering a question (not by me but I have seen a copy) he said " we will do what we will with the money" I think is time Mr Dave Farley and his wife started to come out into the open and explain what is going on.

In another twist to the saga, this week it was forced to change the terms of its refund Here is the most recent: Teignmouth Refunds will be issued for any ...
