User4549.    If you read the last two paragraphs the increase in consumption is due to a increase in functions that are being externaly funded but of course we are still subsidising there lifestyle and Lynne is correct we subsidise there food and accomodation and then they introduce the bedroom tax beggars belief really

No wonder the Eurostar is the mode of transport of choice for Euro MPs.  All that courtesy food and wine that comes with a first class ticket...silly me thinking it was to do with being green or 'turquoise'
