Paul, let’s see if Trump does sue the author and the ‘real news’ outlets then. I bet he doesn’t! What does Burneside think that the BBC’s agenda is re. Trump? There’s so much more they could report about him that they don’t.

I don't have a short memory at all. I am perfectly aware that some properties were occupied before they should have been as there should have been a SANGS in place. This was then rectified on a temporary basis. The need for a SANGS originated, still does originate, from EU legislation concerning environmental protection. The developers, like all developers, will have paid a certain ...

@Lynne - short memory there as you where the one that brought the illegal occupancy of the said properties to light. as for proving it, as it was done behind closed doors you would have to get hold of tdcs accounts and i doubt even the inland revenue would be able to make sense of them

Can you prove any of the above FB?

Okay .....so.....aren't all TDC car parks off road? What does Section 55 etc etc say as to how such revenues should be spent?

Nonsense majorp. plod has been consistent throughout and competently qualified his view point with rationale and supporting links. You on the other hand have flip flopped, lacked clarity and provided no supporting links. Anyone who has challenged  you on your view point about ANPR or ticket transferbility  has been insulted which is probably why no one else wants to contribute to this. You've just ...

Paid for with dirty money recieved from a major housing developer in exchange for a get out clause to avoid building affordable houses and provide additional infrastructure, and to avoid the original planing clause restricting occupancy of the new propertes until stuitable SANGS was in place. Wasnt the figure about £4,000 per house paid directly to the corrupt district council.

There is something really wrong about all this. The BBC, C4 and other main stream news channels are giving this book loads of air time and promoting it as if it was fact when it is just opinion and, according to Trump, lies. Trump should sue Michael Wolff and the news outlets and make sure they do not profit from any of this. I'm particularly unhappy that the BBC is promoting this book at my ...
