Places available in our beautiful house share. The house is very well located, just off New Kent Road in a nice area, 10 min walk from Elephant Castle and Borough tube stations, both in Zone 1. London Bridge and Tower Bridge 17 min walk.

It is a three-story house with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. Lounge, two bathrooms (both with bath and shower) and a third separate toilet.
Very good transport system: buses 1, 53 (24 hrs), 63, 168, 172, 188, 363, 453 (24 hrs), N1, N63, bus stop one minute from our door (two stops from Elephant Castle). You would hardly need to use the Tube as it takes only 15 minutes on the bus to reach places like Piccadilly Circus.
Ideal place to meet new people and make new friends. £75 per week, per person (3 people sharing a big room with 3 single beds), or £80 per week (2 people sharing the room with two single beds), or £150 for the room with a double bed (one person or couples), all inclusive (Internet broadband, all bills, cleaning), only two week's deposit required, so two weeks notice when you decide to move out. You can stay as long as you want, but I'm sure you will love it so much that you will end up leaving with us for longer than you would expect. Available from 31st of July.
