no hope of anything being done to the Brook in holiday season. Michael Clayson said in an earlier post in the year that there was no money or plans for Piermont Place. Maybe if cheaper materials had been used for the Strand there might have been enough.

Seagulls are just as much a problem inland as well
Permission granted for 20 houses todays front page of the Gazette
Is this all taking place in the Strand, Lynne? dont tell me they are going to surface over the footpaths and rebuid the wall, lol
If I thought it was going to cause this much grief I would never have copied it, I innocently didnt think of it like this
At least that will brighten the Strand up, lets hope the sun shines
That is now closed, hit by a virus I think, as AVG came up with threat removed

I know that Ladbrokes get nothing from renting the appartment above their shop, theyve left it empty and falling into disrepair since they took the premises on 10yrs ago, its criminal when people are crying out for homes

I think DJs business was affected, I did suggest to tell his/her customers to come off main road into John Nash and follow the road down to the town, thats the route I was using
another expensive import from America
Most of what you say DJ I was only thinking that coming home from a job in Exeter. Exeter is my place of birth but nothing would induce me to go back there, I love to get to the Welcome to Dawlish sign we are a small seaside town which caters mainly for families on a budget, we will never be for the wealthy like some places in the South Hams. I agree traders should concentrate on the residents. ...
@wondering the majority of people voted against pedestrianisation
have you tried first time installation, thats what needs to be done to restore reception and stations
It will depend on the size of the property and whether your on a meter, most new builds are water meters
as usual a complete balls up. Over to you Michael Clayson/Vanguard/Burnside

I grew up with a sister who is a severe epileptic, she has never been able to lead a normal life. When I was young I always took her out with myself and my friends so they all learnt to handle somebody who has seizures, and to not be afraid. My late father became involved with Mencap because of her condition. I wish your wife a speedy recovery
tell your customers to turn off into John Nash Drive, down Oak Hill and along the Bartons
I have nothing but praise for all the people who worked hard over the weekend on all the events. Its a shame that one thing like this spoilt it. Would a local company not have been prepared to do it for free or at a lowcost as its for the Legion who do stirling Charity work, and maybe they should have this once dipped into the £10k
The Naked Truth: Cameron:Is he the worst prime minister in British history. . Only the truly odious Duncan Smith would try and use last weeks terror attack as an excuse to further Demonise the poor in our society..One day the people of this country will ask how a pathetically inadequate man like Smith was ever allowed to hold an office of any sort in this country of ours...This poor excuse of a ...
I need to clean will I be able to go down for 30mins Sat about 6.30am Michael
Coryton Cove has always been a lovely locals beach for families, mixed feelings about this
I think that time limit should apply in all areas where parking limits are timed ie: 9am-6pm otherwise we will find even less parking spaces
cant help you Ziggy I came across this link by chance when looking for something else
and now the parking outside Cafe No 1 is destined to be a Taxi Rank, perhaps nobody told Emma Kay
What I cant understand is the need to have spent all that money on the Strand, surely less expensive slabs and it could have been extended to go all around Tucks Plot and Viaduct. Also it would have looked just as good if they had made it like Brunswick, path alongside lawn with smart ballustrading, parking along that side, and just made the path wider on the shop side and No Parking just the ...
Well its only what has been said on here! and the comments are worth a read too, this one I do agree with" We used to have rent control which, was abolished. Time to bring it back" you only have to watch programmes like Homes under the Hammer to realise what is happening, buy it cheap, spend a little on it,rent it out and add it to my pension pot portfolio because the interest rates are ...
