AN outhouse fire in Dawlish is believed to have been started deliberately, Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service have said. The building was left ‘100% damaged’ by the fire. Two fire engines, one from Dawlish and the other from Teignmouth, attended Thursday’s incident [April 17].
