Gardens in Dawlish and Bovey Tracey came up trumps in this year’s Teign Housing in Bloom competition. Sam Kelly from Dawlish won the ‘individual garden’ category. Judges were impressed with the way he had balanced healthy and well-positioned plants alongside a usable garden for his wife and children.
