3-way control in place for Sandy Land and Exeter Road.

Utter chaos coming back from Sainsbury's just now. Took me 40 minutes to get through the lights and guess what, not a workman to be seen. 

There is also a sign saying Exeter road closed from september 15th from 9.30 am to 3.30pm for 5 days.

Where is the green light

The lights are not there today.

I wonder when they will be back?
