ROADWORKS and a minor road accident have caused traffic hold-ups in Dawlish this morning. A two vehicle collision was reported at about 9.25am on Exeter Road. How about having a police officer who actually walked a beat around Dawlish and got to know what is actually going on. Rather than wasting time talking to the town councillors who seem rather remote from the issues many people are having in Dawlish, in my opinion.
