I do not know if it is just me but for nearly 2 decades I have been able to open my windows for fresh air during the winter time. 100% agree. The lib dems are always up for any photo opportunity only last week it was opening a gym, makes the public think they are actually doing something constructive for the town eg. 18k grant for silly chewing gum signs and payment for a couple of orange suited workers to pretend there was at least a couple of days work walking up and down the strand removing non existing pavement  chewing ...
