Mine went down last few years due to a change in how I use the water I have paid for, why pay these greedy water companies twice. Remember - to save money do not waste the water you use for bathing or doing the dishes just by throwing it down the drain. It is quite clear to see that your sewage bill is the main culprit. Need I say anymore as to how you can save on you water bill!

An existing oak tree, but it is okay to lay waste to acres of agricultural grade land for multiple large housing estates!

FISHING wire has had to be removed from another of the Dawlish Black Swans. The incident has again highlighted the dangers to the town’s waterfowl of fishing in the Brook. We rented this house for six very enjoyable months when we first came to Dawlish, in April 2000, before we bought a place of our own.  Nice to see someone is still taking care of it.  It must be one of the oldest houses in Dawlish.

A flashing light seen on the River Teign last night (Wednesday October 1) resulted in a call out for the volunteer crew from Teignmouth Royal National Lifeboat Institute (RNLI). Well, other than the Carnival event they must have visited a different Dawlish to the crapper I live in. 20 years ago it was a beautiful and well maintained and cherished Town but over the last 2 decades the councils have run it into the ground whilst continually increasing the rates, in my opinion
