But hasn't the actual building up there been made safe due the Heritage foundation? Sure i sure something in the paper about a gentleman's effort in getting it saved because there is only two in the country?

Roy, are you and userwhatever married? You two argue like me and my old man! I started the thread as a joke, to point out what this forum is becoming like. It is why there isn't many posters left. You may notice I haven't posted for awhile as all the threads are hijacked for pettiness. Until there is a thread where I can offer an opinion or information without Roy/Viaduct/userwhatever turning it ...
Not Baileys. Think they use frozen chips rather than real spuds. Chips from the Chinese are good though! ;-)
If this incident had happened 50 years ago, nothing would have been said. The boy's mother would have clouted him one too instead of calling in the police. In fact, a copper being called in would have given him a cuff round the ear too! Apparently, these helicopters are ...

Am I the only one who actually finds this thread amusing? Looks like Roy has hidden talents as a comic. ;-)
Ann, I think you're seeing innuendo where it isn't. Joey's posting seems pretty genuine to me.
Missing the point, again. There is a place for Council remarks and if I wish to educate myself on corruption, councils and conspiracies, I shall go there. This is the Backyard forum. Backyard conjures up the image of neighbourly gossip, not rantings. I have nothing against you and your opinions, but don't you have an opinion on something that isn't council related, and isn't negative? May I ask ...
