They probably mentioned that he was white to stop Farage inciting more riots.

He probably read about Farages pervy nephew doing it and getting away with it he thought he could do it.
I'm old enough to remember Powderham Estate holding out their begging bowl during covid lockdown asking for people to make a £3 donation to help them through their difficult time. How times change.
Traffic chaos for 4 days. Friday and Saturday is change over days at the Warren holiday camps and no traffic will be allowed through Kenton and Starcross so avoid Mamhead road !! If you live in Dawlish and want to get to Exeter and back best just go to Teignmouth and over Haldon.
Disgusting behaviour from those awful young people. We never did anything wrong in my day.
The ones on Bridge Road are still there. A lot of them hanging by a thread though.
There is also a sign saying Exeter road closed from september 15th from 9.30 am to 3.30pm for 5 days.
Not suprised to read it was at the Welcome, its a filthy place. I suspect both food outlets have the same owner.
Nigel Farages perverted nephew walks free after being convicted of up skirting. No prison sentence and not even put on the sex offenders register. Two tier justice for all.
Called in to Sainsburys the other day with 4 things on my list, left with 3 of them. No Cottage cheese No 20% minced pork No bicarb. We Need competition badly..
Saw one again Tuesday night, same place in Starcross about 8.30pm. Once again no lights and speeding up the strand. Maybe I'll be third time lucky next time and give him a little nudge. Just in the interest of road safety of course.
Some people jump on you if you say life was better back then but I dont care because I think it was. Sure we didnt have the modern day comforts we have today. Our house was heated with 2 parafin heaters. No fridge or any of that fancy stuff! But people were nicer to each other then. No internet for people to abuse others from their armchair. Life seemed simpler. Not always easy but that applies ...
Well done to all involved especially Paul Lentle, a great guy.

Instead of digging up the "sacred" lawn why not put it where that hideous crazy golf thing is with its ugly plastic jungle animals.
Someone should set up a little beach bar then see how fast the council get it dredged!
Bless their little hearts. They just need a bit of computer therapy to learn the errors of their ways where all information has to be punched in.
I do get out more and see many towns with busy town centres, better and more varied shops and better parking. Dartmouth for example with 2 hours free parking by the river with a two minute walk to the shops. Its not about posting negative comments its about constructive criticism. By the way I was born and raised here nearly 70 years ago so havent "came here from other places"
Care homes are struggling to recruit staff as it is. How are they going to find staff for that place?
Do they also want handrails from Holcombe to Teignmouth? Next it will be handrails on all pavements to stop people stepping in front of traffic.
Horrific
Sounds like a compo claim going in any time soon .
I was also evacuated from Riviera Terrace in 2014. I can't see how that storm can be connected to climate change so I won't be standing in the road preventing people from going about their everyday lives.
A bypass would be good but not sure where it would be placed. The pillars can cause traffic jams but not sure if it would help if they were removed. Traffic lights could be the solution, they work in Kenton.
"I have a certain standing in Dawlish" He seems to have a very high opinion of himself. Income of £389 a week? OK.
Does the station really need two bridges? The new one with a lift looks good. Why not get rid of the old one?
I have family in Ukraine. They wanted to come here to us but its so complicated they are going to stay in Germany instead. They grabbed what they could and drove 20 hours to get to Poland. One of the questions on the application form asks people to prove they left Ukraine after February 23rd. Another wanted to know any mortgage details you may have. If you were bringing a dog there is an 11 page ...
Not too sure about my memory nowadays but the sum of £800,000 being paid to them springs to mind.
Very well deserved.
Anyone seen the planning application for gypsy caravans and mobile homes in Mamhead? Ref: 20/02046/FUL with Teignbridge. Its the field where the alpacas are.
I know several that have had it with no problems other than a slightly sore arm. Looking forward to having mine.
It all happens in Warrennation street.
Glad they are gone but isnt this post a bit out of date?
