New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Teignbridge’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows. The Starlight Diner, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Welcome Family Holiday Park Warren Road Dawlish Warren Devon was handed a zero-out-of-five rating after assessment on August 6.

Zero out of 5 ???  Should that not have been.shut down then, in.the interest of public health?

Not suprised to read it was at the Welcome, its a filthy place. I suspect both food outlets have the same owner.
