Totally agree. In recent years, cygnets have been put into the pen for the own protection - with mum and/or dad nearby.  I'm sure that once the swans begin to breed (in a couple of Springs time?) then the warden will do everything he can to look after them.

The seawall (that's the path, Clive) has re-opened between the Rockstone Bridge all the way to the Warren. This is really great news for those of us who have sorely missed this walk.

I'm not sure why the media are talking about UKIP so much, it's not as if they "won" the elections. Labour won more seats than Tories, LibDems, UKIP and Greens combined. I can absolutely assure you that you don't need 2 hours to get through Check-in and Security. :-) And looking at their website, there are plenty of international destinations. :-)
