Parental responsibility appears to be the furthest from your mind. If I could not guarantee the safe return of my daughter, she would not be going anywhere on her own. I would make other arrangements and explain to her the problems that could arise if she went on her own.

Hard standing for Farmers markets etc., that will give madam mayor's swan,s etc, more grazing room on the lawn and when holiday makers picnic on the lawn they will get covered from the muck that comes from the back end of the feathered beauties - nice. Brunswick - building a new footpath, which will use up more shelter for the ducks etc.
