Ok people of Dawlish I would like you to nominate the worst road in Dawlish whether it’s down to chronic parking, potholes, etc... my own personal nomination is hatcher street as it resembles an army assault course.

How's about Dawlish Warren road with all those crazy speed pads which do nothing to slow down motorcyclists, wide wheeled vehicles and cars with a good suspension system. What a waste of public funds - lobby your councillor about it and get them lifted or replaced with something else that will slow Pro the roe and his Rotary pact down.

I nominate Marine Parade with its rediculous diagonal parking, the road just isnt wide enough as it is at the den in teignmouth, ive had some very near misses with cars reversing out behind a long vehicle, how nobody has had a serious accident yet ill never no.The council did this for revenue to pay the traffic warden initially but then got rid of them. They need to stop long vehicle parking there and overnight stayers in there campervans, does anyone else find it difficult to use this road?

I nominate the two bus stops nearly opposite Coronation Ave, Westcliff, what idiot at DCC decided to fill in the two bus parking bays. Its amazing that there has not been a serious accident yet, time will tell.

Many roads in Dawlish are blighted by armies of wheelie bins which have to be left outside the houses, especially in the older parts of the town, because they don't have anywhere else to put them. The pavements are often like an obstacle course & it certainly doesn't add much to the scenic value.

Blame your very own Devon County Councillor the very right ????? Clatworthy. He proposed it - can't remember who the seconder was. He thought it was a good idea so that more people would then park and more lolly would come rol'n in for having to pay for parking all the year round, instead of what it used to be - seasonal.
