Don't normally watch it anymore, but just happened to see Place in the Sun last night. Usual format on this type of programme where a couple are shown several houses but end up buying nothing! Just spent Friday to Monday in Dawlish. Council were busy painting everything green and the lean-to shelter over the seats halfway up Lea Mount has been re-newed, although I've never seen anyone resting there.
