Don't normally watch it anymore, but just happened to see Place in the Sun last night.
Usual format on this type of programme where a couple are shown several houses but end up buying nothing!

They were looking for a house in East Devon & were shown one in Dawlish Terrace?
I think it was probably filmed in 2007.(It was very sunny!!)
Did show some film clips of the lawn, sea front,Gays Creamery, Marine Parade etc.

Anyway, Merry Christmas to everyone in my favourite seaside town, and we might be visiting in February.
