Just spent Friday to Monday in Dawlish.
Council were busy painting everything green and the lean-to shelter over the seats halfway up Lea Mount has been re-newed, although I've never seen anyone resting there.
We often do the walk from Teignmouth, along the sea wall to Sprey point and on to bottom of Smugglers Lane. Then back again.
It would be nice if Teignbridge council could erect some decent benches at Sprey Point - on the grass? so that casual walkers could rest before continuing their walk. The stone benches in the wall are very hard.
Just a suggestion from a buffoon!
Back in Sept.
