I think you have it in a nutshell Allems , since this business & bank loving Goverment have been in power the richest people have become 50% richer and admissions to hospital for Malnutrition have almost doubled betrween 08 and 2012 yet there is nothing  but cuts for front line sevices.

I have talked to TDC about this matter some years ago got no help from them said its network rail land maybe if some other business where to talk to them they may lisen might even pay to put it right for them

I am very happy to see our taxes spent on the nhs and I think that If someone can afford to pay to insure or go private they should get some tax relief on the premiums or final bill after all it has been paid for in tax and ni then again privately and must save the N H S money
