@Brazilnut - yep, that's me! Well my "old" website. Had to discontinue with it, as my webmaster for it, fell ill and I as a result I lost all my login rights. Hi Andysport Yes, I am "thee Chef Tallyrand"! Yes, the one that was based in NZ. Have moved back to UK (sick of the eathquakes in NZ) and have decided to base myself in WONDERFUL Dawlish :-D Not sure where you know my name from, but will be more than happy to meet for coffee (REAL coffee) when you get down here and pick some apples etc I am now posting regular recipes and articles here ...

I see a new seabird has turned up on the coastline. They fly around and hen suddenly drop out of he sky into the sea to catch fish. Fascinating to see. Anyone know what they are?

Library has wi-fi and the signal can be picked up from the cafe across the road. Normal login required, so you will have to join the library

Might be a nice permanent feature on the front page if possible?

@ZIGGY - my guests certainly loved them and have left with a "doggy bag" along with some of the home made jam :-) As with most things it's all about, practice, practice, practice & experience. As I always tell my trainees, as they often swear I am using a different recipe or doing something "extra" that I wasn't sharing with them! (and I mean for any recipe) .....
