@Brazilnut - yep, that's me!
Well my "old" website. Had to discontinue with it, as my webmaster for it, fell ill and I as a result I lost all my login rights. I'm surprised it's all still online :-)
If you Googled Chef Tallyrand, I'm sure you came across many other references etc.
Looking forward however to new culinary adventures, being based in SUNNY Dawlish and making a success of more online work in conjunction with Dawlish.com
So hopefully those like yourself who have already signed up as a follower of "Cooking with Tallyrand" will encourage friends and family to, also.
I am hoping with the awesome set up Steve has here, to make it very much an interactive blog, rather than just posting articles off my own back.
A culinary Agony Aunt if you will

Hi,
Brazilnut, I am surprised you didn't know you had such a talent in the area (I personally thought when I first saw his name that he was an imposter, not in a bad way, I thought it good that he looked up to Chef Tallyrand, I believe I have since discovered that this man is the real thing, and that he not only is happy to meet me, he is actually humble enough to share coffee with me)
Sometime ago he offered to give a little guidance/tuition if someone had a kitchen large enough, our kitchen will not be finished within a realistic timescale, so I have offered to pay for the hire of say the church kitchen so that we can all benefit.
