KEEPING Dawlish ‘cool’ was the theme of this year’s Turn The Tide festival. Held at Dawlish Community College while work is being completed in the town centre, the festival was an opportunity to celebrate the coast, community and environment.

VOLUNTEERS at Dawlish Museum are gearing up for this season’s opening which will feature the 30th anniversary of Dawlish footballers winning at Wembley. Despite the building being covered in scaffolding, the museum will be open as usual from June 3.

Five beaches across Teignbridge have been recognised among the country’s best after receiving prestigious Blue Flag and Seaside Awards for summer 2026.
