Everybody knocks Dawlish the people pubs etc yet this website keeps ticking by. it may be boring and need new threads but hey look for a Teignmouth or Exeter forum you wont find one. Lets hope it continues to give us as much entertainment in 2008. I am off home to Aussie tomorrow for a couple of months taking my loyal laptop with me so I can plug in.

There are many people like myself who travel to Newton or Exeter Tescos or Asda having one in Dawlish will help the enviroment it wont kill the town center as that caters for a different kind of shopper. Other than the Delhis and bakers all the food shops belong to a chain. A market once a week would be good on the lawn or down the Strand this would fetch people in from surrounding area. Dawlish ...

Get rid of the black swans they are originally from Aussie where they are said to fetch bad luck. Make it law that everyone must smile at least once a day and that children are liked and tolerated. Kids learn by example all I ever see and hear is oldies moaning and groaning about the youth

I walked through the lawn a few times while the kids were on half term no surprise where a lot of them were playing, the space between bandstand and bowling green.
