Ive been coming to dawlish now for 5 years holiday with my family,it seems to me some locals resent this,i live in essex(a better part) and we look forward to our holiday in your town every year.We shall be coming down in september and staying at welcome family park in warren road. Some locals have said that people come down on holiday on benefits, well i work in the city of london and i think my family deserve their holiday in your town, sorry locals but me and the family will continue to come down for a few years yet.

Glad you enjoy coming to Dawlish Steve , hope you and your family enjoy your holiday in September. Don't worry about some of the local comments most of us welcome holiday makers.

Ignore the idiots Steve, most people in Dawlish realise that we need holidaymakers to keep this town going. We are lucky to live here and I for one hope you enjoy your holiday.

I agree.. you have a good time.
The people who dislike visitors so much actually have the nerve to go on holiday elsewhere and abroad and are put out if not welcomed. Maybe some in Dawlish never go anywhere.

Are you are a structured derivatives specialist?

A securitisations lawyer?
A convertible bonds trader?
An event-driven hedge fund manager?

...or something else.

Hi Steve, glad to see somebody else from Essex likes Dawlish. We have been going for about 10 years and normally stay at Dawlish Sands. We have tried Welcome and also Golden Sands but this year we stayed at Ladys Mile which is a really nice site but the entertainment was not as good as say Dawlish Sands or Golden Sands.

Unfortunately Steve there is always a minority that don't like to see other people having fun - jealousy makes you nasty. Dawlish wouldn't survive without people like you spending your hard earned cash in our town. Keep Dawlish tidy and have a great holiday!
