be fair though frannie, i dont think bob put his poem on here to win a competition and he never said it was any good. i have read it a couple of times and i am still not sure how much of it is him having a laugh at some of the peoples reactions to his postings. he wasnt that bad and had some fair points.

we found crealy park was a very good day out for the family. not too far from exmouth either. very good train service from exmouth too

Thats a very interesting point. I have been thinking that with property prices so high these days, if someone had the funds to buy a suitable premises (i'd imagine well in excess of £500,000) then why would they bother. Just a point regarding taxi drivers. They are not allowed to block a road for upto 20 minutes in the line of business. By law they have no more right than any other vehicle. Even Royal Mail vehicles could technically get a parking ticket if a traffic warden so desired. It really all just boils down to common sense and everyone being considerate to others.
