We are looking into buying a bed and breakfast establishment in the dawlish area. Do many come up for sale and would others recommend it?

The ones we have always seem to be full, so it would probably be a good move especially in season when the town is packed, but they are pretty busy out of season aswel.

No idea of how often they come up for sale, but there is a property on Old Town Street at the moment which is currently residential but has 6 bedrooms. It could more than likely be turned into a B&B without too much problem. It used to be a very good pub........

I believe there is/was one for sale in Brook Street. Force and Sons of queens st. are the agents if you want to give them a try. I think asking price in the region 350,000
