I havent seen more than a dozen people at one time in either betting shop especially since the smoking ban of course the town needs one but 2!

You got it wrong folks its for pensioners and people on low wages or bona fida benefits, they are in nearly every European country we cant turn a blind eye to the fact that there are a lot of poor people in this country and the gap between the rich and poor is getting bigger. I saw on the news this morning that there are supermarkets in France Germany and Greece and other countries whose soul purpose is to give free food to the poor> this food comes from other supermarkets its surplass stock its a monthly allowance. You have a youth club the leisure center and the beach.The original thread was the people funding a kiddies playpark maybe if you said what teenagers needed that could be funded as well.the townspeople must take responsibility and not rely on goverment or council handouts all the time, the less they put in the less they can have to say
