Does anyone know of a cafe in Dawlish were I can have a coffee and cake inside with my dog. Particularly useful on wet days. I know of many in other towns but not Dawlish.

Dog friends might be interested in this Kennel Club scheme which I think is a brilliant idea. The 'Open For Dogs' scheme encourages business to allow dogs into their shops etc.

Thank you I'll try them.

Very nice helpful people in the Witches Bowel but no joy with dogs inside. Does anyone know of any others or even dog friendly shops.

Your best bet would be a Pub.

I have been into Cafe No 1 Bar at the bottom of Queen Street and provided I'm quiet and well-behaved I'm welcome there, both indoors and on the decking terrace outside. My masters like the atmosphere and the owners of the cafe are very welcoming.
