Thanks ZIGGY, I happened to come across the thread detailing the possible routes, although it seems that those in charge, have said the link between Teignmouth and Newton Abbot is a higher priority than the link between Dawlish and Teignmouth.

I know! But whatever they spend on the line is useless while ever we have Voyagers travelling along the line! But..........CC are about to solve this problem by stopping all of their services at Exeter! So, we won't have that problem after December 2017 but we also won't have much of a service!

I've always thought it unfair for agents to charge prospective tenants in excess of £200 for a £2 credit reference and an employers reference that costs nothing but a postage stamp. What gets under my skin is the amount of money and benefits these people get paid relative to the average wage of the area. Also with no relation to the level at which they perform. I have no idea why they said that but the outcome is that whilst the result of the referendum is not legally binding, politically it is.
