To be (increased) or not to be (increased), still seems to be the question.
The bits I hear in the Devon news article are:-
restrict dog walkers
cctv to assist in the enforcement of penalties for disobeying rules
control
substantially cut the number of winter visitors, but at the same time make those who do make the effort pay through the nose for parking.
Then to top it off build a million pound plus visitor center which goes against the whole point of NOT disturbing the surrounding habit and wildlife.
It seems that in the U.K. at both local and nationol level all are councillors/politicians do is infight over their little empires to spend the most money on the least important items when the infrastructure of entire communities is falling apart.
I wonder what the cronies in Westminster will be getting paid this year in their annual payrise? 10%+.
