Yes, but if you have an elderly mum living alone or a single person. I know there is the 25% reduction now, but fairer to have a charge per person. The idea Mrs T had was not presented well enough ... she should have got Tesco to do it 'Every little helps!'

Should be based on the number of people over 18 living in the house. So say £800 per person and the same throughtout the UK, is so silly different areas have different charges. Do away with local councils and have a central fund.

I imagined due to the publicity it was going to take the whole lawn up, not just be a little box thing. Good fun I guess but I'd fall over!

I guess people want two stores so they can rubbish one or the other at a later date, Dawlish is just so good at that.

Alex dont bother with setting up a shop here is far too 'clicky', is sad but you have to be born here to do any good, unless you have loads of money to give to charities and live in the pub and buy people drinks!..it is a fact. Had the internet not been here I would have suggested another town but to be honest I would not bother, the business rates etc are enormous. You would do better to buy ...

Sorry .. not me, never been in the shop that is here. I buy new online and then resell.
