People have been on site today, and said demolition will be in 4/6 weeks, and the Bat man will be on site in 2 weeks. So the post on Eyes of Dawlish saying Bunny homes had pulled out can not be true

Seems like it's a bat issue. In the absence of anyone else living there - they decided to move in. When bats are found they cost money to relocate and this can also delay demolition of buildings. All of which bring additional costs to the developer.
