As all this proposed housebuilding would end up taking away so much of what is presently open country, it's been suggested to me that the present Dawlish countryside park might become the local place to go to find er..........open countryside. So perhaps the park  could be renamed : " What's left of the Dawlish country side, park". And on its signage there could be little motifs of ribbons. ...

This morning on a walk through Lea Mount, from the highest point I came across three loud mouthed young males  who have made camp with two tents just off the access point from A379. Their two dogs were running amock like they were, shouting at each other. Dawlish has certainly turned into a rather dodgey place these days, in my opinion.

Can somebody supply Carer with an isolation tent then he wont have to risk being part of the human race anymore. What a dribble this non-human is

Just a bit of fun really (although it does relate to a serious issue). I've mentioned before that should future development take place on what is known as 'the Dawlish North site' then this park, presently surrounded by countryside, might need to be renamed as it will then be surrounded by housing. @Lynne Are you really saying that sick people were better off suffering and possibly dying at home than risk being admitted to hospital for treatment?  In any event they had little choice because the NHS abandoned them, or in some cases even told them to seek private treatment.
